Sorprendente cuanto menos la noticia de que el absoluto frontman y compositor de Girls, Christopher Owens, ha anunciado en una serie de tweets que abandona la banda. En términos ambiguos, no se pronuncia sobre si la banda continuaría manejada por el bajista y productor JR White o simplemente se extinguiría, lo cual parecería a todas luces, más lógico.
